One possible suggestion is for the government to launch media campaigns about the negative effects on one’s health when he is overweight. Take for example, the risk of facing such diseases as heart attacks or diabetes. What people could also do about this is to lead a healthy lifestyle. By doing physical exercise regularly and maintaining a balanced diet, the possibility of getting overweight is for sure not high for all of us.
